Olivier Decourchelle joined Numa Avocats in January 2020 as a founding partner after having been a partner at PwC Société d’Avocats.
Olivier has significant experience in corporate law and assists the firm’s clients in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity (venture capital, development capital and LBOs) or for group structuring and reorganisations.
In particular, Olivier assists midsized companies in their acquisitions, disposals or industrial partnerships.
