Céline COASNES-PELLET joined Numa Avocats in 2022 after having worked for nearly 30 years in international law firms and then founded and worked for her own organisation.
Céline COASNES-PELLET advises and supports companies in the fields of contract, competition and intellectual property law and represents them in litigation related to these areas, before both courts and intellectual property organisations.
She has developed extensive expertise, particularly in distribution agreements (franchising, licensing, online sales), complex partnership agreements (research and development, IT contracts, subcontracting), agreements for the exploitation of intellectual property rights (trademarks, patents, software and copyright) and in the compliance of companies with the personal data protection regulations.
She has also taken part in several competition law cases before the French authorities.
