Stéphanie Perrod de Verdelhan co-founded Numa Avocats in 2019 after working for various law firms specialised in business law located in Marseille and Aix-en-Provence.
Stephanie completed a corporate career before becoming an attorney.
She has worked for nationally recognized firms in the areas of business law and taxation.
Stéphanie advises and accompanies the firm’s clients on all their tax, personal or business issues (including corporation tax, VAT, transactional taxation, international taxation, structuring, management packages, property restructuring).
She works alongside both founders of French and international groups and with investment funds, providing advice and taking part in litigation.
