Jean-Philippe Passanante was a legal counsel, then partner in a number of law firms specialised in business law, before he co-founded Numa Avocats in 2019.
He advises and assists companies on all employment law issues and represents them in individual and collective litigation.
He has extensive expertise in collective bargaining and in the routine management of employees’ representative organisations, as part of company restructuring, and also in the areas of remuneration and employees’ savings plans.
